Our mission is to provide our guests with a memorable and unique experience
through the taste of quality from Italy, perfected in Geneva, NY. We want to
create desserts and a place that makes our customers beam with pride. That does
not happen by accident. We are artisans who care about their work and keep
tweaking our recipes until we get things right, and then still we try to make
them better. We use fresh, local ingredients and make our gelato in our creative
kitchen.

Simple Sweets Bakery is an old-fashioned, artisan bakery. We have two bakers and
all our treats are made in house, in small batches. We make all kinds of baked
goods, ranging from the simple, fresh baked cookie to the elaborate elegance of
wedding cakes. Our in-store selection of goodies is changed regularly to keep it
from "going stale", so to speak. So stop by often to see what new and exciting
treats we have to offer!
